John, one of Jesus’ closest followers, tells us in the scriptures that “this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16 NLT). Did you catch that? God gave for our good. As Christians, we believe God has called us to reflect his generosity, especially as it relates to helping those in need and supporting the mission of the church. Jeff Schapiro has been our lead pastor since 2017, but he has been a part of the church since our very first service. He is passionate about bringing glory to God by sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with others and by helping them to walk in obedience to God. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Angie, and together they have a son, Micah.
